WHY WE STARTED

We started this podcast because speaking openly has become difficult. When someone expresses a different view or lives outside the norm, they’re often judged, labeled, or pressured to conform. We wanted to create a space where guests don’t need to explain themselves. Where they can show up - raw, real, and unfiltered.

OUR MISSION

To help people stand in their truth - not because it’s universal, but because it’s theirs. No matter what labels others try to put on their heads or what psychological issues they assume they have, they keep standing in their truth and put a middle finger up to those who feel entitled to define who they are in their own space. This isn’t a space for convincing or correcting. It’s a space for honesty, self-trust, and real connection with themselves. We believe in co-existence over agreement, presence over performance, and standing alone over being accepted within a group and or society that doesn’t fit with your values.

FORMATS

My Truth (Regular Episodes)
I speak from my own truth, values, and lived experiences, no matter how uncomfortable, unpopular, or misunderstood they might be. Listeners will see and hear my real emotions - passionate, angry, sad, happy. Sometimes straightforward with a soft voice, sometimes loud and straightforward. Always honest. No filters, no pretending. I don’t speak to be liked. I speak my truth. I won’t shrink my truth for the viewer’s comfort. I’m not here to be seen as a “good person” by the world. I’m here to be me.

The Specials (Guest Episodes)
Raw, filmed conversations with people who carry different perspectives. It’s not about arguing or debating, but about holding space for multiple truths to exist at once. Explores the same big themes - culture, love, sex, growth, money, identity - through deeply personal stories. No script, no manipulation, no edits that twist guests’ words. Guests can choose general questions or personal storytelling - whatever feels right. The first half focuses on the core topics. The second half dives into the guest’s passion or profession. Questions are tailored to their passion, whether they’re a DJ, brand owner, Uber driver, or au pair. Certain topics may not be discussed if the guest doesn’t feel comfortable, and those boundaries are respected fully.

  • Each episode starts with an introduction.
  • Covers all six core topics: culture, love, sex, growth, money, and identity.
  • Uses ChatGPT and/or questions sent in by viewers/listeners through Instagram (check the story on @kikayclothing.official for when to send questions).
  • I answer quick, spontaneous questions about each topic immediately — no time to think, just honest reactions in the moment.
  • Ends with sharing my most-played song of the week, which is added to our Spotify playlist.

Special Episodes

  • 50 to 60 minutes long and filmed on video.
  • Each special starts with an intro where everyone is introduced, followed by a quick “get to know the guest” question round.
  • Explores the six core topics through personal stories and experiences.
  • Then dives deeper into the guest’s passion or profession with tailored questions — whether they are a DJ, brand owner, Uber driver, or au pair.
  • Certain topics may not be discussed if the guest does not feel comfortable, and those boundaries are fully respected.
  • Ends with a surprise game to lighten the mood and a short, playful recap to reflect — not a formal debrief.
  • Guests share their most-played song of the week, which is added to our Spotify playlist.
  • After recording, guests receive a limited-edition T-shirt with a special logo from our collection (as seen on my IG).
  • A photo is taken for the episode’s cover art.
HONORING BOUNDARIES

Guests can step away from any topic or conversation at any time. They can walk out, even mid-recording. Whether it’s on air, live, or not -everyone'sboundaries come first. This isn’t about keeping the show going at their expense. If anyone starts to debate instead of allowing people to live in their truth, every single person (+ the host) has the right to end the conversation or walk away - no questions asked.

THE CORE OF THIS PODCAST

This podcast isn’t about being right, it’s about being real.

It’s about owning your truth, loving who you are, and refusing to shrink for others’ comfort. If they call it to stubborn, so be it. You’re not here to fit in, you’re here to be yourself without compromise.

Don’t bend. Stand in your truth.
